Refund & Return Policy

At Croquant, each order is made fresh and prepared specifically for you. Because our baked goods are custom-made and perishable, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been placed.

In the rare event that Croquant is unable to fulfill your order due to an unexpected circumstance on our end, including illness or another unforeseen issue affecting the head baker’s ability to prepare your order, a 100% refund will be issued to the original payment method. If preferred, the full amount may also be applied as store credit for a future order.

We appreciate your understanding and support for a small-batch bakery where each item is made with care and intention.
